This is an attempt to use sex and persuasion together in a postcard from the 1940's.A propaganda map's main purpose is to try to persuade or send a message. During the 1940's there was a lot of use of propaganda maps by the US, Russian, China, Germany, Korea and so on to try to intimidate opposing countries and their soldiers.
